Meet Phil: Our Co-Founder
Welcome to Grow Partnership, where we’re dedicated to unlocking your business’s full potential. Meet Phil, our co-founder, whose journey is marked by a deep passion for growth and a wealth of experience.
Phil’s path began with a solid foundation—a BSc in Coaching from the University of Bath. His early career took him on an exhilarating journey through professional hockey, where he achieved remarkable success. Highlights include winning the English Premier League twice and playing professionally in Australia and Germany. These experiences not only shaped his competitive spirit but also instilled in him invaluable insights into performance, strategy, and teamwork.
In recent years, Phil has transitioned his focus to supporting business owners. Drawing on his background in sports performance and coaching, he brings a unique perspective to scaling businesses effectively. Phil is driven by measurable results that elevate businesses to new heights.
Outside the office, Phil enjoys family and community time. He shares his life with a loving partner and daughter in Guildford. Despite a busy schedule, Phil remains deeply involved in his local hockey club, coaching and mentoring aspiring players. Golf is another passion; you might find him on the course, refining his game with a handicap of about 15.
At Grow Partnership, Phil’s dedication and expertise propel our mission forward. Whether you’re navigating growth strategies, optimising performance, or seeking a winning game plan for your business, Phil and our team are committed to guiding you every step of the way.
